wired mpg
hello everyone can anyone tell me is the output on the wired mpg #11069 a point to point or is it a binary coded signal thanks for any help ...terry
Re: wired mpg
Discrete signals. See any recent Oak or Allin1DC system schematic for the connector pinout.
Such as this one (bottom center):
https://www.centroidcnc.com/dealersuppo ... 028.r2.pdf
A differential encoder is required (A, /A, B, /B).

Re: wired mpg
Did you look at the bottom center of the schematic Marc posted? It clearly shows the wiring for the MPG.
Cheers,
Tom
Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

The handwheel is just an enocder basically.Captainsteampunk wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 4:08 am thanks but thats got me more confused discrete signals????
What are you trying to accomplish? Put your own encoder together? Put a handwheel on a custom built console?
I have two of the appropriate MPGs (New) and I believe the connectors if you want to pin out your own. $165 shipped.
