Its a break motor thoroughly check x brake is release or not .

Did you try what I posted earlier... like this part:
The HSC screen shows a list of drive status bits. LineVoltageOn should be 1 when the estop is released.


The report looks like you have no voltage.

I don't have that kind of control system set up to demonstrate it right now.
The keys to get from the main screen to HSC are: <F7 - Utility>, <F9 - Logs>, <F5 - HSC> .
LineVoltageOn value for each drive should change within a few seconds of changing Estop state.
