Serial# A900863 Centroid OAK
When I goto PID, TUNE, it pops up the box to instruct you to "cycle start", when I do so it give me the message "error: status #6"
any ideas?

I think you are getting a little ahead of yourself.
You want to have your hardware configured (e.g. decide what axes you have, and what PLC expansion boards you have, etc.); and have your software configured (e.g. decide what axes you have, verify that you have correct encoder counts entered, etc.); and be able to slow-jog all of your axes under control; and preferably have your directions and turns ratios and travel limits set up, before you should even care about the delay-time autotune.
