Made some progress connecting the console to the ALLIN1. Couple more questions.

I found all of the locations within the console. Can't locate the hookups for the two cables in my hand. One has three connectors (looks like a PC power connector) and the other has four small diam wires (black, white, red, and green with a plastic connector). I don't see them on the schematic.

Looks like I'll be buying Centroid's MPG eventually (sooner than later). The whole idea of this build is to make this thing more efficient. Holding off to buy until I see if I need the servo motor capacitor or if I can reuse mine.

Looks to me to be power to the console (3 pin connector) and the Estop wiring pigtails (black red green white wires).....

I was hoping that you could tell me where they tie in. Is that left up to me?

They are both on the schematic. Console and the Estop
You will likely cut the end off and land the power on the TB1 terminal block

Got power to the MPU, but it won't initialize.

Reading the troubleshooting, I'm finding nothing wrong, says issue with network card. Ping came back negative.

In looking inside the console the only thing that looks out of place is an 8 pin connector not connected to a nearby ribbon cable (noted in red in the pic), but it's zip tied to itself, so I'm assuming that's not the problem.

Suggestions?

It sounds to me like the computer is not communicating with All in One DC
Do you have the ethernet cable connected? From the computer to All in One DC? Do not go through the USB to Ethernet converter. Plug it directly into the Ethernet port on the PC. (Just a guess here)

Is this your first CNC conversion?

The NUC has a ethernet plug in it, right next to the HDMI port. This is the one to use. the USB to ethernet is so you can connect to your network/internet.

Did I miss that simple step somewhere? I incorrectly assumed the CAT5 connection on the bottom of the console was where it plugged in.

Plugged it directly into the PC and it booted up just fine.

Yes, this is my first conversion.

Thank you Josh! I seem to be missing some really simple steps. Not sure if it's me, or they were meant for a more advanced user/installer.

Mark,
Take your time, FOLLOW the All in One Installation manual very closely from here on out.

When you get stuck, post pictures and WHERE in the installation manual you are stick at. Always post a fresh report when you are having trouble. F7 Utilities F7 Create Report.

Follow that Centroid supplied schematic as closely as possible. It will help us to know how you are wiring the control. Keep wiring neat as possible.

Yes, this is not a novice Installation. Take your time. It's not impossible either.
