New computer. Which files to back up in Mach3

Post by sandcrab123 »

I am installing a new computer in my mill and I was wondering which file I should back up so I don't lose my Ajax config files. Everything is working well, but I'm having some computer problems, so I need to change it out. I'm running with Mach3. I'm really enjoying my Ajax Conversion!

Thanks,

Dan

Thanks for the quick reply, It's really appreciated. I have my new computer up and running. Windows XP Pro. I was able to copy the whole Mach file so I don't thnk I'll have a problem getting back up and running. Unfortunately my controller is not communicating with the network adaptor. Can you tell what IP address I should be using in the new netwok card?

Thanks again for the quick reponse,

Dan

The IP address is 10.168.41.1 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 . These would need to be set manually for the Ethernet card.
