Just powered up for the first time, still on the bench, and we get a Fault 1 in the LED1 display and cant figure out why?
The wire harness between the power supply and AllIn1DC was supplied by Centroid.
VFD is not powered up yet, just the 110V circuit. The limit switches, servos and E-stop button are also not terminated yet.
Troubleshooting guide says
There's not actually a grey wire in the harness supplied by Centroid.
So this is what we checked;
1-incoming voltage to power supply is 124
2-the pins in the H1 connector were terminated to the correct power supply terminals
3-the voltages at the pins of H1 connector and they were matching the schematic
AllIn1DC LED1 Fault 1

Re: AllIn1DC LED1 Fault 1
Is the "1" flashing, along with a decimal point? That is a fault indication related to the logic power.
Is the "1" steady, with no decimal point? That is the normal condition. It is just telling you that the first axis on the Allin1DC drive is axis #1.

Re: AllIn1DC LED1 Fault 1
You are following the All in One Installation manual aren't you? If you go step by step, it does explain this.
Have you found my video series on All in One DC Installation on YouTube under martyscncgarage?
Can be used as a guide.
When you DO get stuck post here with the details and ALWAYS post a FRESH Report when asking for help.
F7 Utilities, F7 Create Report
Please describe your build, what make and model servo motors are you using, what is the DC buss voltage, and what make and model 5VDC line driver/differential encoders are you using? Did you or are you making up your own encoder cables or did you buy them from Centroid?
The more details (with pictures) you can provide, the better suggestions we can make.
Good luck with your build!
Marty
