Strange problem

Having unusual probrem which started yesterday, after loading Vectric 2d cut, mill does not comunicate with computer, found that when Allin1dc is booting up bvut gives LED error code 1, which says something is wrong with power supply, checked all voltages, voltages were 3.31,12.1,-11,87,5.03 which all seem to be ok, An 12 and -12 led lit up,all LEDs on board lit up except DF and DBUG is blinking. It seems everything is working ok power supply ways. Any sugestions.

Problem resolved by re-installing Windows 7. Somehow the IP Stack in Windows became corrupted. A solid 1 on the LED means the ALLIN1DC is functioning properly.
