Homing got lost. This can't be good. (Resolved)

Fired up the machine. The usual pop up window to home the machine did not appear.
Manually discovered that all my axis limits were fubar.
Tried a shut down and reboot to no avail more than once.
Lost it's mind.
No clue where to start.

Fixed it. I had fumble fingered Parm. 5 which told it not to do the homing.
