If you post the report, we can make suggestions as to your system test. Most times its a simple as unbelting the servo, turning it a half turn and belting it back up.

Thank you Marty. I do understand how it can be done. Turning the servos or encoders is not an option. Only way is to move my switches or limit stops. Half a turn of the servo = 0.050" of axis movement, so that is large enough that moving the switch or stop is not an issue. Problem here seems to be that at least a couple of the switches are not tripping consistently in the same spot and probably need replacing.

Didn't know that. You brought it up, we were trying to be helpful in the success of you project.
Continued luck.

Can someone please tell me the hole diameter and the O.C. hole spacing of the probe connector as shown below? I don't have the probe in hand yet and I am going to have the controller out of the cabinet this weekend for some upgrades and it would be a perfect time to punch the hole.

Hi, feedback from me is.. Use Windows 10 and a new PC when upgrading an old cnc11 system to cnc12.
no centroid personnel will provide free or paid support for a system running windows 7 and cnc12. for us to provide good support we all need to be using the same software.:-))
one of the reasons we made the upgrade path for cnc11 to cnc12 affordable was to ease the pain of installing a new PC with Windows 10. (typically $300 to $1200 in cost depending on the route you go)
some cnc12/vcp/mpg features and future features and releases of CNC12 will not work with Windows 7.

I am working on it Keith. I just spent $2500 on a machine that I already have $6k invested- and the initial purchase of the iron was only $500 of that amount. I am just about finished rewiring the whole machine- I mean I gutted the cabinet, . Wasn't enough room and I was able to take the large torrid step down transformer out and better organize the whole cabinet.

So right now I am running CNC12 on Win 7 to get the hardware up and running and iron out some of the details. I have a lot of relay logic for spindle auto/manual control and some for indicator lights on the pendant.

I have my permanent license file in hand along with my KP-3 probe.

Question: I am running the old Bridgeport PLC program dated April 2010. When I do my fresh install on the new Win 10 computer, can I install the new Centroid Standard Mill PLC to my DC3IOB/MPU11 setup without any issues? I don't use anything Bridgeport specific from the old PLC. The code in the new PLC program looks a lot cleaner.

I don't think Centroid has a "Centroid standard mill" program for an MPU11/DC3IOB combination.

The attached PLC program should be a lot cleaner and more current than the one you are using. The compiled version is without VCP and wireless MPG; an alternate source file is included which does have VCP and wireless MPG support.
