OK. So I have my new Win 10 computer installed and running CNC12 ver 4.20.
Previously, I was running CNC12 ver 4.18 on Win 7.

Is it OK to do a Restore Report?

Only reason I ask is because I saw a thread in the Acorn section where the guy was upgrading from a Beta version of lathe and he was told NOT to do a restore report and he had to enter all parameters, etc over again. I think he was warned that doing a restore report would overwrite some newer updated software.

Your advice Marty or anyone else who might know?

I was nearly certain it's not a problem with CNC12 Servo, but wanted Keith to chime in.

Thanks Marty. It is up and running now. Being able to do a "restore report" made it a whole lot easier. Hopefully this weekend I will get the probe attached and working. It has been sitting in the box for several weeks waiting for me to get far enough along.
