If it moves, but only on the x1 increment, then CNC12 probably thinks that you have a touch probe that is tripped. You need to check your probe input and parameters.

I just got the acornsix and my WMPG-4 is doing just what was asked about above. The WMPG-4 will do everything like it should except when it comes time to use the handwheel to jog the axis it will only move them when the selector is set to 1X. If I try 10X or 100X I get no movement. I looked at service bulletin 313 and made sure parameter 348 was set to 15. still the same thing. Any thoughts?
