I'm asking this dumb question since the last time it was a total disaster. I now have internet on the unit computer. Thanks, Bob L

F7/Utility
F7/Report
Arrow down to highlight "[reportbackup]"
F10/Accept

Now you have a new report....zip file saved in the c:\cncm\reportbackup folder on your control's computer. There are probably multiple older report files in that same folder as well.

Start a post or reply on this forum. Click on "Full Editor & Preview".
Below the box you are typing your text in, look for a tab called "Attachments". Click on it.
Click on "Add files"
Browse to the c: drive, cncm directory, reportbackup subdirectory.
Look for the ZIP file that has the newest date (which should be today's).
Click on that file to highlight it, then click on the "Open" button.

Click "Submit" to post your message, with the attached file.
