I've asked Centroid to look at your report
I don't understand why the control is allowing the spindle to run with the ATC IN.
Irregardless of what the issue is.
I would be looking at the diagnostic screen and manually running the carousel IN and OUT and watch the inputs
I would also manually CLAMP and UNCLAMP the tool and watch the inputs to see if they are showing properly.

Manually clamp and unclamp work via MDI.
Manually I have never been able to move the carousel in and out via MDI / M80 M81. I’m using virtual control and the whole AUX12 thing has always alluded me. See previous post on this last year.

Agreed on Unclamp fault. I did manually test switches for clamp and unclamp by physically pushing roller switches. Inputs were coming on and off. Manual push of physical tool unlock button also works.

Have to do some more digging in on this.
