Well it’s time for round 12. Fixed all my fault problems. Got 24Vdc at all my limits, O at lube fault, 24Vdc at my spindle fault and 24Vdc at Emergency stop. And still no power coming out of H6 #1 out to my emergency contactor. Got 24Vac coming in to H6 #1 but not out. I even checked the fuses on the board. When the program powers up you here it pull in for a second then releases. Does anyone here have a clue of what could be wrong? Is there something in the parameters that could be turned off that could be causing this? Bob L

Please post a fresh report so we can get a look at your logs. Also a screen shot of your diagnostic screen. Alt I

Can you tell us what this means?

When you measure voltage at a PLC input, where are you putting the other test probe?

Report. How do you do a screen shot of the diagnostic screen?

My limits are not tripped shouldn't you have 24Vdc at H10 1 though 6? Spindle fault is NC=24Vdc at terminal10? Emergency switch NC=24Vdc at termial11. Lube fault NC=o at terminal #9.

Screen shot. Screw this cnc stuff. With the education I'm getting here I going to manufacture my own line of voting machines. As long as the party that hires me wins, I can't loss!

You didn't run a report.
Please press F7 Utilities
F7 Create report and upload that file that is created. It should be in the C:\CNCM\REPORTBACKUP directory

Your display shows a SPINDLE FAULT. With a spindle fault the Estop contactor will open. Do you have a VFD connected yet? Did you wire the correct Fault output terminals?

Invert the input with Spindle Fault as a test....

Marty, yes I have the VFD connected. I have 24Vdc at the spindle fault terminal meaning it is NC but I'll check it again. I followed the earlier directions for creating a report. I'll try again in the morning.

I don't think you have the correct terminals on the VFD connected. It should ground the input when the VFD is OK. You should have a GREEN LED on in the input on the diagnostics page
