On one of the Centroid YouTube videos it say something like “Need to connect the commons of the power supplys.”

I have a Vfd, centroid power supply and this

Am I supposed to connect those 3?

No. They are talking about the 0V (COM) outputs of the AC-to-DC switching power supplies.

What you have pictured is a transformer (AC-to-AC), which would only be used for contactor coils. It does not need a shared common with the DC supplies.

My Vfd and centroid power supply are AC to DC, should those commons be connected?
