Has anyone had any experience with the Drake tool changers ?
Looking at purchasing one for this current build
Have attached catalog ,mechanical and electrical details
under the impression that power is applied,
Tool changer rotates till selected tool prox is activated
Power is released and the motor then reverses and locks

I seem to remember that Centroid used to sell a lathe with such a changer. I don't think it would be an issue.gttool wrote: ↑Mon Nov 16, 2020 4:10 am Has anyone had any experience with the Drake tool changers ?

See the attached schematic, it might be the correct one. Perhaps Marc (cncsnw) can confirm.
