Sir,
I have purchased a GA-M61SME-S2 motherboard. I should have it later in the week. Hopefully this will allow me to get the USB's working.
Thank you for your help!!!
I will check in and let you know if I got it fixed.

You might yet need to update to version 2.72 (or at least, any version newer than 2.60) and perhaps switch to a compact flash adapter that supports DMA (e.g. Fabiatech FB4617 v2.2, or Addonics ADIDECFB).

I don't recall whether Centroid transitioned to the GA-M61 motherboards before or after they introduced version 2.60, which has an updated Linux kernel.
