I've asked Centroid to list 4.14D under Legacy Software Downloads.
They just updated the page last week.

Thank you Marty and Keith. I bought the wireless mpg and paid $139 for the software unlock. I just want to try it and see if I like it. I will upgrade to 4.16 later.
