I'm getting an "Undefined PLC Message (16x) when I plug in my PLCADD1616 to my working OAK install. The error message tracks with whatever PLC ADD connector I use on the OAK board (error 161 when plugged into PLC ADD 1, error 162 when plugged into PLC ADD 2, etc.)
The PLCADD1616 is powered by a separate 5VDC supply with the J1 jumper on pin1 & pin2 and no other connections are made to the board. Both the +5V LED and PLC OK LED are lit.
Attached is a report:
My PLC is based off the Centroid-Mill-Standard-OAK-r7.src file with a few small changes to inputs. I get the same error when I use the original Centroid-Mill-Standard-OAK-r7.src file and just for testing, I tried the Centroid-Mill-Standard-OAK-Ubrella-r7.src file and still get the same error.
Any help is appreciated.

First, you need to set Machine Parameter 900 to a value of 1, to indicate that you have a board plugged into PLC expansion port 1.
Second, you seem to be missing the plcmsg.txt file which should have been installed along with the PLC program. Did you use the CNC12 PLC installer? Or did you just locate a .src file and copy it to the c:\cncm directory yourself?

Thank you!
That worked great. I also got the correct plcmsg.txt file installed.
