Bode - SolidWorks Pro and SolidCAM here. Should do everything you need. Congratulations.
Cheers,

You wont regret solidworks. I have never used the cam package but. IMO, solidworks is soooooooo much more usable than f360 and way faster. Although f360 is priced to suit its capabilities! We switched to f360 at work a while back from solidworks or financial reasons and the engineers have been a bit sour since. Dont get me wrong, f360 is good but solidworks is great! I would love to hear about the cam package.

Thanks! So I may be bugging you with questions! LOL!

I have it downloaded and installed. Still waiting for the post processor. Person I needed for the post processor was on vacation.

I actually ended up with CAMWorks Standard Cam. It is my understanding that it is the same same CAM as in Solidworks, but buying it from CAMWorks gave me some additional features for the same money including some 4/5 axis capability. I can see a potential 4th axis in my future.

No problem on the questions Bode. I've been using Solidworks for over 10 years and AutoCad since '84. Fire away with the SW questions, don't know how much help I'll be with CAMWorks.
Cheers,

Tom
