Is there a system ready output on GPIO4D boards
The spindle amp I am using Mitsubishi MDS-A-SPJA-75RT requires a system ready signal to enable operation. Does the GPOI4D board have an output signal for "system ready" status?

NoFaultOut should be output 1; check your PLC source to verify. As the name says, Centroid enables this relay output when there are no faults present and the control is ready.
This output is part of the e-stop circuit. Depending on how the spindle input is configured, you might be able to wire the spindle in series with the e-stop circuit, or add an external contact to the e-stop relay.
There should also be a spindle enable signal on output 7. Tefer to your system schematic to see jow this is connected.

Since you will already be using the "NoFaultOut" output to control the coil of your emergency stop contactor, it will make more sense to wire the "system ready" signal for your spindle drive through an auxiliary contact of the emergency stop contactor.
If you cannot find an additional contact on your emergency stop contactor, and you have surplus PLC outputs, you could define an additional PLC output to be a duplicate copy of NoFaultOut.
