Should I update the version?
Any down side to doing so?

Can not open the .zip file It also shows it is ZERO bytes.

Please press F7 Utilities, F7 Create Report, copy it to a USB. Don't do anything with it other than upload it here using the Attachment TAB at the bottom of the message box where you compose your message.

A few months ago I installed a DC1 and to get things up and running I ran all the wiring through the open cabinet door

A few weeks ago I punched holes and ran the wires through the cabinet wall for proper installation
This is about the time the glitches started
I have checked and rechecked the wires and all are good, no cuts, no pinches, wire are in the same basic area
When cabinet door is closed I have problems but when open all is fine?
Tried open and closed several times and the same results

I purchased this machine used and the computer was/is mounted on the door.
Nothing touches when door is closed but it does some what line up

The DC1 is effecting the computer due to its close proximity?
Does this make sense?
Post pictures of, Overall control cabinet, door with PC mounted to it, Picture of DC-1 with overall shots around these.
With door closed, does the machine run for a period of time before locking up or does it pretty much lock up immediately? (Heat related? Cabinet have a cooling fan with a clean filter?)

If door is open, will the machine run continually? (I suspect loose connection, streched or broken wire with in its insulation, plug and unplug, connections and make sure they are well seated and no coorosion on either connector terminals or plug terminals.

That one worked. From your Error logs I see several PC Resends at 12:11 today and several STALL ERRORS.
You can look at your error logs by going into the F7 Utility menu, then selecting LOGS and ERROR.
It looks like you have a CNC11 system. All in One DC?
Check to make sure that the ethernet cable is shielded, look for the metal jacket around the RJ45 connectors.
Please post the requested pictures.
Maybe Marc will take a look at your logs. Not understanding why you are getting SV_STALL ERRORs

Cabinet pic

I tried again today

With door closed it will lock up exactly the same as it has been

Door open and it works fine

Repeatable every time

I have to shut down and restart between open and closed door due to safety interlock

I suppose I could remove the interlock and be able to open and close fully without shut down

Not sure why I was getting the Stall Error
The last time I had that issue the Z servo was hunting at idle like it was binding and would trip out
Adjusted gibs and flushed lube system, problem solved

Was working on reports and did not home the machine and when I went back out of utilities it was stalled

I would try a new shielded CAT5 Ethernet cable first.
You could also try and loosen the loop in the Ethernet cable so it has plenty of slack and doesn't pull on the Ethernet connector when you close the door.

Check all plugs and make sure they are clean and seated well.

Make sure nothing pushes against the power supply/PC when you close the door. Make sure PC power supply fan is spinning and not stuck.
