I have my Atrump b5ac mill running with 220 single phase
My coolant pump and tool changer use 3 phase motors
Is it possible to use a vfd to power them if so how would I wire them. If possible can they use the same vfd or will they need their own. Thanks

It would be a lot simpler to use one VFD per motor, but you could conceivably install a 3PDT relay, or pair of contactors, to switch the VFD output between two motors.
Here are pictures of an Automation Direct GS1 that I installed in a 2003 Maximill to allow the tool changer to run with single phase service. This customer changed out the coolant pump for a single-phase one, so he did not need a VFD for that.

Re: Atrump B5AC tool hanger and coolant
I have an Atrump A1 3T. Its 2 years old. I know that mine is a smaller but the built in coolant capacity is only 7 gallons. It is pathetic. My machine is single phase - they installed a single phase coolant pump for me. I ended up buying an external 17 gallon coolant tank and pump. I have yet to install it. Your built-in coolant system might be much better than mine.
You can use one vfd for both motors. Will they ever be on at the same time? Either way, some contactors (should be able to reuse your existing contactors) and some PLC or relay logic and you would be good to go.
You need to give us more specifics on what you have in order and want to do to give more detailed advice.

I have an Atrump Maximill. Same situation. HOWEVER, I installed a small VFD for the coolant pump. GS1 from Automationdirect.com cheap.
I would use small VFD's as Marc suggested.
