Hello Everyone,
I'm looking to add a mister to my ALLin1DC, and will be utilizing a mist coolant pneumatic solenoid value, the value will be a NC 2-way, 2-position value that will control air to my mister block. The solenoid will be powered by the 120V circuit 4, on the ALLin1DC board. I believe I have found a useable solenoid value from A/D that will work, the value electrical connector is a 18-DIN Terminal, the connectors have these available options, an LED indicator and Zenner Diode, will both of these options work on this system? I have also attached the solenoid document for reference.
Solenoid P/N: DVD-2AC2A-120A
Is this the right choice for this application, or can anyone recommend an alternative solenoid?
Thanks, Mark

Re: Adding Mist
It should work fine as long as you are using 120v as the power to your board contactor control and the zener is rated appropriately for the 120v. I used 24v ac, but no reason 120v will not work.
