As I said before, follow the All in One DC Installation guide to the "T". Get stuck stop, create a report, ask for help here and post the report. Pictures/video clip helpful. The more information you provide, the better we can understand and make suggestions.

Hi i`m about to start wiring my cabinet up now but need some help what size amps do i need for the Estop contactor and i`m not sure what contactor i need for the Flood pump and do i need a contactor for the Lube pump.

Recap your build. What kind of machine? What size servo motors? What is the DC buss voltage? Do you have a Google album with pictures?

Don't buy just any old contactor. Needs to be rated for DC voltage. Centroid sells them. Suggest you run DC+ and DC- across their own contacts. Spreads the load across two contacts instead of one.

Your should use a contactor for each motor load. The should be rated to the FLA of the motor and I usually add 10%. And, as Marty stated, if they are controlling a DC load, they should be DC rated for that amperage. Each of the contactors will also need a Quench Arc or snubber across the coil.

Hi All.
Just an update on my conversion, it`s finally all up and running now all seems to be working just some fine tuning the rapid movement seems to be to quick as it trips the Estop but only now and then.I have a wirless Mpg that works fine just the positive + and Negative - buttons on it work the opposite way round is there away to reprogram this .Thanks Marty for your help and video`s they helped out a lot and everyone else that helped.

Did you run AUTO TUNE? Generally it will optimize your rapids.

Did you buy the Centroid WMPG (Wireless MPG) It should not be backwards.
When you press X- on VCP or Keyboard Jog, does the table move to the right?
When you press Y+ on VCP or Keyboard Jog, does the table move toward you?
When you press Z- on VCP or Keyboard Jog, does the head or quill move down?
Is the machine homing properly?

Post a FRESH REPORT.

If you have a CWP-4 (the first generation wireless MPG) set Parameter 411 = 0.
If you have a WMPG-4 (current generation wireless MPG) set Parameter 411 = 1.
