I don`t have a VFD wired.
i`ve re installed everthing and got rid of the fault codes but still no power and now it says my Demo has run out so i`ve been on to my supply where i got it from to get my unlock codes.
i will send a diagnostic screen when i get this unlock code.
Yes i installed the Basic PLC

Gixer - can you take a screen shot of the I/O screen so we can see how you have your inputs configured and what is on and off?

Who did you buy it from? Are you in the US? You could have bought it directly from Centroid. As previously mentioned, when you buy All in One retail, you get the basic software unlocks printed on a sheet.

I`ll have to send screen shots after weekend as i`m away i`m in the uk but bought it from a dealer in France as there are none in the uk.
I`ve asked him for the unlock codes today and he says i won`t receive them until the middle of next week which i find very strange.

Quite strange. How much did you pay for it?

I`ve started from the beginning again and i get to the first voltage check and all i get is 0.02 and i`ve sent some screen shots.
The reason he said i`ve not got the unlock codes is because he only pays Centroid on the 10th of the month.
If you need anymore info just let me know.

I would like to know WHO the dealer is?
How much did you pay for the All in One DC?

Did he not generate a demo code for you?
Please post an updated report F7 utilities F7 create report.

I am not for certain, but it might be possible you can't setup the control without at least a DEMO code if not the unlocks.
If you bought this All in One Legitimately, from a legitimate dealer, the price COMES with the basic software unlock.
Something is not right here.....

With demo code successfully loaded you should be able to test.

Your dealer in my opinion did you a disservice by not sending the unlocks with All in One DC when you paid for it in full

I can`t get the voltage readings as in my previouse message 3 up all i can do is wait till the 10th for my per unlock codes.but i need to get this issue sorted first
