Google gives a 404 error on the photos. If we could see what you see it would help greatly. You mention two lights on behind the plug. What plug? There should be NINE leds next to the limit switch override switches. Which ones of those are lit? What number is displayed? Does it have a decimal point lit? How is the wiring connected?

It's very hard to provide help when the only info we're given is "it doesn't work".

You should have received a demo unlock code with the AllIn1DC. Centroid will send the permanent unlocks after they have recieved payment from your dealer.
Cheers,

Tom

There is a sheet with the unlock codes shipped with the All in One DC. Double check the paperwork you got with it. If its not there, take it up with the supplier of the All in One DC.

You have faults, you will not be able to complete the tests with them.
Go back to the All in One DC Installation manual and start over and follow page/instruction EXACTLY

In your screenshot, right in the middle, it says "spindle fault". The spindle outputs will not have voltage on them when the spindle is in a faulted state. Correct the spindle fault before proceeding. If you follow the instructions, step by step as Marty suggests, it will work.

You don't have a VFD wired up to ALL in ONE DC do you?
You disable it when you invert the inputs as directed.
Please post a screen shot of the diagnostic screen
(ALT+i)

When you installed a PLC you installed the BASIC PLC correct?
