Please post a fresh report.
Go into Parameters and make sure they are set correctly for the WMPG.

Unplug the transciever from the PC and move it to a different port if your settings are correct.

This helped a lot cheers marty Wmpg is working again.
I`ll get a fresh report done tomorrow.
Please post a fresh report.
Go into Parameters and make sure they are set correctly for the WMPG.

Had to change Para 218 - Value 7 - 3 Axis Mill/Router.
Then Software restart.
Now just waiting for the prob to arrive Which says should be here Monday.

Hi .
OK i got my probe all up and running managed to do 1 full pass on something it did`nt come out to good but ok for first try but now it goes for about 5 mm and just cancels i`ve tried a few different ways but just seems to cancel on it`s own out of the blue.
Any help would be appreciated .
btw it probes ok for hole centring and edge finding i just seem to have the problem in digitizing .

Have you seen the Centroid Digitizing videos on YouTube? They might help. I don't have enough experience to offer any good advice. The times I did test it, it worked well for me.

It`s the KP-3.
Yes i`ve checked the videos and searched the forum i did some more tests on the other digi programs and worked ok but the one i want to use only works for about 5mm then cancels it`s the digi Grid one thats giving me a problem.

OK so i managed to get the KP-3 running properly today and did my first full pass on grid setting.
So now hopefully i will be able to get back to normal now as i`ve missed using my mill.
