It looks like it may be an input addressing problem. I need to try that this morning.

It sounds like you have a drive mapping problem. Parameters 300-307 are not see correctly. See chapter 14 of the CNC11 operator manual found here: http://ajaxcnc.com/tech/downloads/manua ... rators.pdf
When requesting support, please ALWAYS post a current report. Find out how to take a report from your Acorn, CNC11 or CNC10 system here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.

If your question is PLC, Macro or program related, please also post a copy of the program or macro as well.

Without the above information we may not be able to help and/or reply until the required information is posted..

It turns out the issue was the lube pump input not being made. We don't use that function and other machines I'd converted it to detect loss of air on my air bearing spindle. Corrected my PLC program and on to the next problem.

Parameters 300-303, I've 4 axis, were not set correct. This wasn't causing the 9025 fault. What happened instead is I would get axis full power without motion on 2 axis with no movement of any axis. On the other 2 they gave the same fault, full power without motion, but it would move one axis number below it.

Once I had that sorted I had no motion from the 4th axis, DC1, turns out you do really need to observe polarity when connecting the DC bus.

Now on to my next issue. Motor tuning parameters that work fine in CNC10 do not work with the MPU11. Looks like it's only one axis that has a problem though.

The algorithm for motor tuning in CNC11 is completely different than in CNC10. That means that you will have different values for your constants. Please follow the link for some help tuning your motors. http://www.ajaxcnc.com/ajaxbb/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=317

Yep, I'm going through that right now. 1 down 3 to go.
