Marc may. Will have to wait until he has a chance to read the post.
However, do you clearly understand how the turret operates and can you share that information? What kind of motor? What kind of sensors for positioning? Does it have a brake?
Might you have any documentation on the turret you can post here, or a link to a manual?

Re: DORIAN CNC20 TOOL CHANGER
Thanks for the information.
The turret motor itself is a stepper motor. So, since All in One DC is a servo control, no it appears to me that it can not directly control control it.
However it does appear it has its own control box (SP7XDOR3 BOX). Wich is powered by 115VAC power and contains the stepper driver and the logic inputs to command it. Did you get the box? Can you please take a picture of the indexer complete?
If you have the control box, then it may be possible.
The programming the PLC would be a job for Marc Leonard or Centroid.

Re: DORIAN CNC20 TOOL CHANGER
Marty is correct: as long as you have the Dorian control box, then it should be fairly straightforward to integrate with a Centroid control.
