I turned the CNC 12 on and made a foto of each step.
Maybe this way is better ilustrated

Electrical cabinet, still a bit messi but I followed the DMM wiring diagram
1 axiliary contactor that comandas 3- 1 fase power contactors and the Estop.
One PS is conected for testing at a outlet. It will be properly conected.

1 PS for OAK only
1 PS to the 24 v DC logic
1 PS to the Z axis motor brake

I did not tuned the drives/servos yet.
Do you think that I should tune the servos before demounting the drives servos and OAK from the cabinet?
No spindel nor VFD conected yet.

Does the logic power to the DYN4 drives come on with the control and always hot?
Only motor power should go through the Estop contactor?

Point being, is if you had no issues on the bench turning motors, then you did something different or wrong to introduce the encoder issue.
Put the wiring back the way it was, put Oak back on the bench, connect the three drives and motors and see if you can spin the servos without errors.

The drives only receive current when CNC12 is turned on and Estop is not pushed.
I do not understand the second frase"Only motor power should go through the Estop contactor"
I instaled an auxiliary contactor (24 vDC coil and outputs) controled by the Estop button.
Once the CNC12 is loaded then the auxiliary contact is switched on and actuates the 3 single fase 220vAC (24v coil) drives
contactors.
When the Estop is pushed then the auxiliary contact is deactivated and deactivates the other 3 contactors that feed the drives.
HAve to check if only the servos current is running trough the Estop. I think they are since I followed the DMM schemma.

The bench test was made with the electrical cabinet as it is.
Only rewired the Estop and added 2 PS, one for the 24v logic and another for the Z axis motor brake.
Since I read the the OAK PS should only run the OAK.

The Estop only cuts the motor power the drives are always on, once CNC12 is loaded.

DYN4 Logic Power L1 and L2 should power on when the Oak powers on.
Only motor power R, S, T go through the Estop contactor.
In other words drives should be on when the Oak is powered on. This provides logic power to the encoder and provides encoder feedback to Oak

No more encoder diferential or quadrature errors.
In did the problem was that the drives had no power when the controler started. Only when the CNC12 was fired up.
Since I wired the drives power on the contactors output, according to the inicialy sent by DMM diagramm ( that diagram was from 2019) .
Yesterday after my Email to DMM. They sent me a new diagram where the drives power is wired before the contactors.
This way as you wrote the drives are on when the controler powers up.
This might be the problem of several OAK/DMM retrofiters.
