**RESOLVED** can not get past ajaxplugin

each time i try to go to ajaxplugin, so i can change stop on encoder error, plugin control goes away and reset lights with emergency mode active comes on. what do think may be my problem ?. thanks

Have you ever been able to open the plugin?

Yes, plugin seems to open, but some areas seem to be unavailable to me. I have an HP comp./ with more than min. requirement to operate mach or ?. Could something be loaded wrong . Thanks for info and input.

Make sure that you have at least .NET 2 or higher installed. You can get .NET 3.5 from here:

Thanks Scott, that helped, and also downloaded adobe reader 9.5 I believe, together they cured the problem with mach3 installs and opperation.
