Buongiorno a tutti,
we just finished installing the Centroid on a gantry machine with axes:
X first axis
Y second
Z third
W fourth pairing with
and articulated head A and C, connected with Optic Direct.
Motors and drives are Yaskawa Sigma7 programmed in precision mode.
Oak Board and Mill Ultimate,
In the first 3-axis tests, everything seems ok, but we have problems with TWCS machining.
The work center, the tip of the tool, does not move correctly.
The function on the two axes C and A has been activated, in the origins I chose the TWCS, but the tool tip does not follow the path of the program which is displayed in the graphics.
Is there a table or parameter to insert the "pivot" measurement between the center of rotation of the articulated axes and the nose of the spindle?
Are we perhaps doing something wrong in the machine settings?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance to everyone.
