I finally was able to get in touch with them on Friday and received an rma, they are supposed to respond on where we can go from here. Evidently it can be troublesome contacting them even after several days of trying by phone and emails to no avail but finally did speak with someone.

Hello. sorry you had some delay in support getting back to you. you must be stoked that Centroid can and will support for a very old CNC control at an affordable price. Most CNC control companies have a 7 year life cycle for their cnc control products and after that provide no support for them paid or not. While Centroid is still providing repair services and parts for CNC controls that are 20+ years old!
