M50 control
401 PLC failure at start up, prior to complete failure it dropped the PLC board several times over several days saying PLC board offline, it would come back online when re powered back up, now it doesn't, changed fiber cables and even a spare PLC board, but nothing has changed, There is 5v DC and 24v feeding the board, LED's on board are bottom 3 Red, 2 not illuminated and top one is green.
Original board is a 15/7
Spare is 15/15
