Parameter 166 needs to be set.. and 116 thru 119.
The Mill Manual and starting with the G43.3 description will lead you thru to the next parameters. Starting with parameter 166 in Chapter 12 and the parameter descriptions in chapter 15.

I have even more questions. I generated an example in CAM. A simple cube with 4x drill job. I can use the cam to calculate the offset of the 2 reference points over the center of rotation of the A axis. However, if possible, I would like to use G43.3 and G43.4 to record the reference point on the workpiece. If this is possible, where in the Gcode must G 43.3 and G43.4 be located so that the zero point is taken along when the table is pivoted?

Offset requires zero point calculation from CNC12 with G43.3 and or G43.4
