I just replied to your PM.
Basically you need to extract the files from the zip and then manually copy them into the cncm directory.

I believe if you update your software to the latest CNC11 software that your problem will then be resolved.
The new PLC program you are running needs the latest software to work correctly.
I just bought this kit 60 days ago shouldn't it have the latese CNC 11 in it? Either way I've tried to download that update and I'm unable to get past the required password & user name. Can you shed any light on that issue for me, I'd be happy to try that latest version.

The latest CNC 11, 3.01 plus the PLC update lee posted seems to have cured my troubles. The spindle bwill reverse and I have a pendant back. On with the shake down opps.
