New update for Centroid software PROBLEMS

Post by BrentLidgard »

I just updated my software with the new version and had to re input all of my parameters which was a pain, but my pendant wont work now just as some has earlier posted and I can not figure out how to make it work. I installed the new PLC program and that did not solve the problem. Scott posted what the new thread to explain the fix is called and I can not find that either. Also I can not figure out how to change my WCS. The new software should have 6 wcs, but how do I change them? The F6 and F7 key options are gone for changing it.

Brent,

What version did you update to?
When requesting support, please ALWAYS post a current report. Find out how to take a report from your Acorn, CNC11 or CNC10 system here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.

If your question is PLC, Macro or program related, please also post a copy of the program or macro as well.

Without the above information we may not be able to help and/or reply until the required information is posted..

Please install the latest software and copy the PLC program to your install directory which should clear up any problems you were having. Please do not run the PLCInstaller or you overwrite your existing config files again.

Everything is working ok with only one exception so far. When I hit tool check during a program, it will not allow me to go back into the point I left off in the program. I forgot to put on here that the update works and I do appreciate the help.

Thank you
