Easy there, this is supposed to be a family friendly forum.

Stepper motors pull out very rough if the current is set too high. Is the drive current set appropriate for the motor?

:D .. i think this is an Oak system..

Please tell us what motor and drives are being used? post photos.

have the drive and motors been tuned?

I am so sorry i think i use the wrong word to describe the action of the machine movements i will follow the instruction on how to report

the problems. but what i wanted to say is that the machine x-axies moving rapidly in both directions as when i am tuning the axies but much faster
i am using estun servo motor and drives 2kw ill provide more information soon and photos
i am really sorry about my choice of words

Thanks

For those having trouble reading his report:

- It is an Oak system
- He is running his servos in analog velocity mode
- The PID gains don't look unreasonable, but that depends on the gains in the servo drives

If we can extrapolate from his past posts, we could probably guess that he is using Estun servos on a Matsuura machine.

If that is the case, then it would make sense to look at the tuning within the Estun servo drives.

Does Centroid support running Estun drives in pulse train position mode? If so, that might be worth trying.

The machine was used after the retrofit and produce parts but i notice one day i start up the machine and try to home machine when it started behaving like that i power off the machine and power on and it work fine but it happen again
i am really sorry about my choice of words

First step is follow TB291 for Estun Velocity mode setup. https://www.centroidcnc.com/dealersuppo ... ds/291.pdf.
Listed are some Estun Parameters related to tuning. I recommend following the link to TB234 and trying to tune velocity mode in the software.

This is not officially documented and supported. Some users are running Estun in position mode with success.
