**RESOLVED** TUNING FOR SPEED

I have a Controls West Shizuoka knee mill with Westamp drives, DC Motors and 7 volt tachs. The control is an MPU11 and a GP104D running Mach3. I cant get more than 50 ipm out of the motors becouse I have to turn the gain on the drive back . If I turn it up the motors oscillate. So tuning in the configuration does not create a plot like it shows in the Diagnostics and Tuning of the operators manual. Can I get some pointers or help on where to start on tuning.

Start with your PID values as shown here:
