Jump of the X or Y axes when I disconnect the power.

Hello, I am from Peru and I have converted my Optimum BF20LV router to CNC with an Acorn card and I use the CNC12 PRO software.
In Peru, the energy in the houses is normally single-phase, that is, it only reaches 220 V with Line and Neutral does not come with a ground wire, so usually all equipment is not installed with a physical ground line but only FG (floating ground to the chassis ).
For this reason, I followed the advice in review in a Video on You Tube where they indicate that when installing the Acorn Card with the 24V transformer, do not use the line that comes out of the transformer that indicates Earth and must be installed to Port H9 of the card in The "Chassis" Option, I have tested it by installing this cable and I have the impression that the jump that I indicate is a little greater, it only does it in the X or Y axes it does not do it in the Z axis, this is testing each of the axes independently.
In the X and Y axes I have the DMM 640-DST-A6TK1 motor of 0.40 kW and in the X axis the 86M-DHT-A6MK1 motor of 0.75 kW.
I have used armored or vulcanized cables and, if necessary, I have put a protector with a metal mesh separator in some cables to avoid induction.
I will appreciate any suggestions.

Sorry I typed "router" and it should say "drilling-milling machine".

You posted your question in the wrong place. You want to re-post it to the main forum, not here.
Hope this helps
