Problem: I followed the instructions to install the Acorn License file but CNC12 gave me the error “Serial number and license file does not match this system”
or license file imports succesfully but CNC12 still says Free version is running.
Answers:
1.) Do Not use a Mac (Apple computer) or Android or a Linux PC to download and save an Acorn License file.
Download with a Windows computer.
If you downloaded with Windows and still get the message then...
2.) Make sure Windows 10 on the CNCPC region and language are set to USA English and USA region
If you made sure Windows 10 on the CNCPC region and language (these are two settings) are set to USA and still get the message then...
3.) send a fresh report.zip to diysales@centroidcnc.com
