A axis with slaved y axis

Post by spudym »

Could I just confirm that I have this right.
If I am going to run duel servos for my CNC router build and won't to have duel homing for squaring the gantry dose this mean I have to forgo having an A axis for a rotary setup

If you wish to have 4 motors that are software paired (i.e., for autosquaring) then there are no channels left for rotary.

If you wish to hardware pair (sistered signal wires) then adding a rotary is possible
