try and set your display size to 1920x1080 (currently it is at 2560x1440)
and reboot.

Hello. yes, Windows 10 should be set on USA English and region should be USA so number formats (periods in stead of commas) are correct for CNC12, and you will need a USA keyboard.

Is this the case for other countries including Australia? We use the periods etc but date formats etc are different from the US.

Cheers

Re: Updated to Acorn CNC12 v4.14 VirtualControlPanel (resolved, Windows Region Issue))

we have not tested nor claim to support all the various windows 10 regions/country settings.
apparently some of them work and others don't. I haven't heard anyone from down under complaining so i assume you are going to be ok.
I do know some of the Euro keyboard and numbering system settings in Windows are guaranteed not to work.
if your language and region settings are working, then "no worries" if not, set Windows back to USA defaults..like this.
Set Win10 to USA English and numbering system to be sure and dedicate the CNCPC to the CNC machine tool.

go to region and language window. and click advanced.
region 1.PNG

set to USA english
region 2.PNG
go to administrative , select Formats
region 3.PNG
and click "additional settings"
region 4.PNG
and click "reset" , apply , ok...etc...
region 5.PNG
