I have it set up on Input 6 as probe tripped and it works perfectly. I wanted to add a fixed location touch plate to go along with it. I'm not exactly sure how I should wire it up. It is the UCONTRO Universal CNC Wireless Tool Setting Gauge Z Axis Height Setter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LY ... UTF8&psc=1. It has 4 wires, 5-24v, com, ov and probe. Where does the ov wire connect? What should I select for the input type on the fixed location?
I have the same tool setter, Keith posted a PDF that show's how to wire it. If you can't find it let me know and I will look at mine, I'm pretty sure it gets wired with the com. Just double check the wiring PDF that Centroid provided.

I think that I found the one that you are talking about. It shows it wired into probe detect and probe tripped. My moveable plate is only wired into one of these. Still not exactly sure where to plug the OV into. I am thinking probe tripped?

It's in the zip file for Acorn wiring schematics. Here's a screenshot and you should download the zip file if you haven't already. It's on Centroids website and they have links on the forum as well.

Thank you. I'm still very new to this and never seem to look in the right places for the answers.

No problem I'm in the same boat as you, luckily there's a bunch of people on the forum with a lot of experience to help us out.. I'm just trying to do my part to give back if I can.

Using any of theses macros works, but when i send Z axis to Zero (mdi: Z0) its always about .75 inch high. can not seem to find out where the offset is stored and how to clear it. Or what im doing wrong .Done a G92Z0 in mdi and nothing.

Try g53z0 and see if that works, then thank Gary C since he's the man and answered a similar question for me. Also the offset is stored in g54 along with the part setup for x and y so if you need to 0 it out that's where to look.
