Double Valve Air Drill FOR SALE

Post by Toaster »

Hello all! I have for sale a double valve air drill setup:

This setup is made with a heavy duty industrial ARO (Ingersall Rand) self feeding air drill. These are very well built and meant to run all day.

This is a "double valve" drill so one air valve drops the drill down, the other valve spins the drill. This means that with two relays you can run this with a very small compressor.

I've used it for a few years and loved it. It's great for making cabinets and anything where you'd like to drill and use a spindle/router to cut on the same job. I added a keyless chuck as well for quick drill changes.

The whole thing works great, the only reason I'm selling it is that I've upgraded my ShopBot to an ATC and I no longer need this. Here's a video of it in action:

The sale will come with the drill, both solenoid air valves, air hoses, drill side plates (They mount directly to the PRS spindle plate), mounting plate for the solenoids (the blue HDPE plate up top), bolts, and the wiring connectors.

If you have a PRS or PRS Alpha this should be a bolt up affair. You can wire it just like ShopBot's double valve air drill and use the built in ShopBot drill calibration utility to set it up. If you have a non ShopBot machine there are plenty of ways this can be mounted.

The drill itself new is over $2000: https://www.intlairtool.com/fixtured...-matic-drills/

Get this ready to run setup for $1500

Let me know if you have any questions. I'll have this listed a few other places as well and I'll post if it's sold.
