Shipping fee for Offline INTERCON

If I buy the Offline version of INTERCON I go straigth to paypal
there it says 10$ shipping

is this WORLD wide shipping as I live in Europe

Anything International will need shipping calculated, we can check it ahead of time if you send us an email with the address. We will charge the difference left over between the $10 and what the total cost would be.
