Re: New Build LMS 3990 Hi Torque Mini Mill
Suntravel, Thanks so much! I'm out to the shop this morning to setup the tool library, etc. in CNC12 then doing a test run.

Start program after a tool change
I need to repeat a tool path drilling some holes. Seems my too offset was off and the drill bit did no go down far enough. How can I start from tool 4 in this case?

F4 Run, F2 search
Cheers,

Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Delete Current Job
Is it possible to delete a current job in CNC12?
As I update my model in Fusion360 and run it again I'd rather not have multiple file names for the same job but edit in Fusion and save it as current.

Re: New Build LMS 3990 Hi Torque Mini Mill
If the new job with same name is placed in the same location as the current job, CNC12 will execute the new job.

Re: New Build LMS 3990 Hi Torque Mini Mill
So, just load the new job file and Cycle Start?

Re: New Build LMS 3990 Hi Torque Mini Mill
If 1111.nc is loaded and you replace this file with a new version 1111.nc just hit cycle start.
No need to load it again.

How to Find Part Zero
I've loaded my file into Acorn and I've used the Probe to find Part Zero per instructions several times today. When I hit Cycle Start the cutter always travels an inch to far in the -Y and is not close to the part. The tool path in the graph looks correct, the depth looks correct, the X looks correct...not Y.
Any ideas on where to look next? Could it be a machine or parameter setting?
