Encoder Issue

Post by JerryLouisMartin »

I posted last week with this issue. I also posted the report to go along with this last week when asked.

Encoder is only registering 325 max in the software and is actually running 2000 rpm.

Encoder bad?

I ordered a replacement encoder ?

Thoughts?

Could be a bad encoder. Could be a slipping coupling. Could be a bad electrical connection. Could be a bad power supply. Could be a bad encoder port.
Cheers,

Tom
Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.
