Gecko 210 and Acorn. I F'd up again
So I'm trying to retrofit an old AHA with Acorn. 2 axis lathe. Instead of using the db25, I though I'd just use the headers on acorn. Everything fired up and then the lights on the Gecko 210's stopped illuminatinating. I never touched the stepper power supply and the only thing I did was connect the step, dir, and commons. Could I have somehow smoked the drivers?

How you you have it wired on the G210 side? I can't see any reason the open collector outputs on the Acorn would kill the G210's opto-isolated inputs but it does expect 5VDC. Did you wire 24V, 5V, or power supply return to pin 10 on the G210?
